Managing Director
Master Plumber and Gas Fitter
Luke established LH Master Plumbing in 2010 and brings extensive experience across residential and commercial plumbing and gas fitting. He is highly skilled in all facets of his trade, including maintenance, new installations, inspections and testing, with particular expertise in technical fault identification, compliance reporting and solution delivery.
Luke works closely with clients, employees, suppliers and trade partners to ensure projects are delivered efficiently and to the highest standard. His focus on quality workmanship, clear communication and strong time management enables him to consistently deliver reliable results, even on complex projects.

Natalie Hesketh
Administration Manager
Natalie joined LH Master Plumbing in 2016. Prior to this, she was employed for 8 years at a leading South Australian, world-rated university, where she completed a traineeship and further qualifications in business administration while working across administrative, executive support and human resources advisory roles.
Natalie oversees the administration and operational support functions of the business, ensuring systems, compliance, communication and internal processes run efficiently. Her broad skillset, professional approach and strong attention to detail have played a significant role in the continued growth and success of LH Master Plumbing.

Selena Elmes
Senior Administration Officer
Selena brings over 17 years of experience in business management, insurance-related works and trade operations. She previously worked with a highly respected builder that operated successfully for more than 51 years, where she developed strong expertise in construction administration, stakeholder coordination and trade support within complex environments.
At LH Master Plumbing, Selena supports all areas of the business, from assisting clients and coordinating with suppliers, to providing essential support to our team in the field. Her attention to detail, strong organisational skills and commitment to delivering high-quality service make her an invaluable asset to all stakeholders of LH Master Plumbing.

Nick Cook
Senior Supervisor
Master Plumber and Gas Fitter
Nick brings a wealth of knowledge and experience from the plumbing, gas fitting, building and insurance industries, including 21 years in the trade, 14 years as a qualified Master Plumber and Gas Fitter and 7 years as a Building Supervisor for a major South Australian-based insurance builder, overseeing complex residential and commercial claims.
Nick has worked closely with insurance companies, loss adjusters, insurance brokers and body corporate managers on property claims to determine the extent of damage, accurately estimate costs and coordinate compliant repairs from start to completion. His practical expertise, attention to detail and strong understanding of insurance processes make him a valuable asset to both our clients and the LH Master Plumbing team.

Joel Quinn
Supervisor
Master Plumber and Gas Fitter
Joel began his career as a Master Plumber and Gas Fitter in 2007 and completed his Master’s qualification in 2012. He has extensive experience across quality commercial and residential plumbing and gas fitting projects, including custom-built new homes, additions and renovations.
Joel’s experience, technical knowledge, attention to detail and strong organisational skills are valuable assets to LH Master Plumbing. As part of our exceptional team, Joel is committed to delivering high-quality workmanship and reliable service on every project.
