  • Insurance Builder

  • ·  Connect temporary external cooking facilities, including water, gas, and drainage

    ·  Supply and install bottled gas for the temporary cooking facilities

    ·  Disconnect and isolate all exposed water, gas, and drainage pipework within the kitchen area

    ·  Disconnect, remove, relocate, and safely store all cooking equipment, plumbing fixtures, fittings, benches, and shelving during works

    ·  Remove and dispose of the existing steel wall sheeting and wall linings

    ·  Modify water, gas, and drainage pipework to suit the new equipment and layout

    ·  Reinstate selected existing cooking equipment, plumbing fixtures, fittings, benches, and shelving

    ·  Install newly supplied cooking equipment, plumbing fixtures, fittings, benches, and shelving

    ·  Test, commission, and certify all new pipework, cooking equipment, and plumbing fixtures and fittings

    ·  Coordinate works and communicate effectively with the business owner, café staff, insurance builder, loss adjuster, and other trades

    ·  Ensure the project was completed in a clean, quiet, and timely manner to allow business operations to continue during the works

    • Temporary cooking facilities operated without issue due to well-executed service connections

    • Café remained fully operational with no disruption during works

    • Existing equipment and benches were transported and reinstated without damage and functioned as intended

    • New and existing equipment were seamlessly integrated for an efficient kitchen setup

    • Worksite was kept clean and quiet during our works, minimising impact on staff and customers

    • Coordination with all parties was smooth and effective throughout

    • All stakeholders were pleased with both the process and final result
