    • Isolate water, gas, and sewer services during demolition works

    • Provide temporary plumbing services for use throughout works

    • Remove and dispose of all fire-damaged plumbing, pipework, fittings, fixtures and appliances

    • Inspect and test existing underfloor sewer pipe work for damage or faults prior to rebuild

    • Clean and flush underground pipework as required

    • Test hot water system and rainwater pump and report on condition and functionality

    • Supply and install new mains hot water, cold water, and gas pipework

    • Install new sewer stack and suspended underfloor drainage system

    • Supply and install all new gas appliances

    • Supply and install all new tapware, sanitaryware, fittings, appliances and accessories

    • Test and commission all plumbing and gas installations

    • Reinstate all mains water and gas connections to the property

    • Maintain clear communication and coordination with the insured, building supervisor, and other trades throughout the project

    • Fire-damaged plumbing, pipework, fittings, fixtures and appliances safely removed, disposed of, and replaced

    • Sewer pipework inspected, tested, and repaired or replaced as required

    • New water, gas, and drainage systems installed to exceed current standards

    • All appliances, fixtures and tap ware supplied, installed, tested, and commissioned

    • No call-backs for leaks, faults, or appliance issues following completion

    • Insured client was highly satisfied with the successful completion of their home rebuild after a traumatic experience

    • Clear coordination with the insured, building supervisor, and other trades ensured smooth, timely delivery
